ActiveMQ 운용 중 문제가 있습니다.

[org.apache.activemq.broker.region.cursors.FilePendingMessageCursor@~] is full, temp usage (0%) or memory usage (181%) limit reached, blocking message add() pending the release of resources.

1. 메모리 유세이지가 181%
2. 그런데 temp 유세이지는 0%

어떻게 이런 현상이 나올 수 있는지요?
