[OpenStack] Ocata Released (2017-02-22)

오픈스택은 알파벳 순서로 버전명이 작명되는데요,
2010년 Austin을 시작으로 올해 2월 22일 Ocata 버전이 출시되었습니다.
오픈스택 release는 stability에 따라 phase가 세 가지로 나누어지는데
현재 Ocata 버전은 phase 1단계이며 올해 8월 phase 2단계가 출시될 예정입니다.
